Dr. Guralnick's presentation encourages a new perspective on the international community of early intervention and early childhood special education programs and discovery of the extraordinary level of diversity and complexity of services for young children with disabilities.

Despite substantial differences in culture, politics, resources and even commitment to young children, colleagues from around the world have much to learn from each other. In this striking keynote, Dr. Guralnick presented 10 principles to inspire each of us to look for common ground, explore barriers to change and identify ways to learn from the lessons of the world.
