Proposals for our 2010 conference were due January 15, 2010. Lead presenters were notified (via email) on
March 9, 2010 as to the status of their proposal. If you are the lead presenter on a proposal and you did not receive notification, please email presenter@dec-sped.org to get a copy of your status email.
Important Dates for 2010 Conference Presenters:
November, 2009 - Online system opens to proposal submissions
January 15, 2010 - All conference proposals due (online system closes at 11:59 p.m. MST)
March 9, 2010 - Notification of acceptance (notification will be emailed to the lead presenter only)
March 19, 2010 - Session confirmations due
May 31, 2010 - Presenter registration deadline
September 2010 - Early Bird Registration Deadline
September 2010 - Hotel Cut-Off Date
October 11-17, 2010 - Conference
